Professional Educator responsibilities include implementing the Monarch Integrated Mythology to strengthen relationship development with all students, collaborating with the Therapy Services department to ensure consistent language and therapeutic experiences, and supporting student growth across four core goals. Responsibilities also include planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual learning styles, coordinating with leadership to support students’ therapeutic agenda, documenting progress, supervising and assisting students during lunch, carpool, off-campus activities and related meetings, facilitating student committees when assigned, participating in ongoing professional education, and modeling the school philosophy in actions. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Promethean boards, Google apps, and web-based learning are required.
