TETRA Product Manager

Job Summary
Lead development and lifecycle management of the DIMETRA TETRA systems product portfolio by prioritizing the backlog and making data-driven decisions on feature sets and release timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, strategy, and marketing to deliver solutions to a global market across government, public safety, transportation, energy, and enterprise segments. Identify customer requirements, conduct market analysis, and define strategic roadmaps from ideation to rollout while establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators to measure product success. Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception to retirement, overseeing release management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of related experience (Product Management, Product Marketing, Offer Management or Sales experience)
- A technical background, with a solid understanding of hardware and software development processes
- A proven track record of bringing successful enterprise or public safety technology products to market
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Under 10% Travel

- Experience in translating customer requirements into a high-impact roadmap based on deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Understanding migration process from legacy systems to modern platforms and solutions
- Knowledge in the enterprise or public safety dispatch industry
- Technical knowledge of broadband infrastructure, radio standards (P25, TETRA, DMR), or telephony products
