Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical production equipment across aseptic packaging and processing systems. Perform mechanical and electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting; respond to equipment issues, diagnose root causes, and implement timely solutions. Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment; ensure all repairs are tested, validated, and production-ready. Accurately document work in CMMS and maintenance logs; support maintenance planning, including parts, tools, and scheduling. Lead resolution of recurring or complex equipment issues and assist with continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2–5 years of experience in food processing or industrial maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with aseptic packaging equipment (Tetra Pak preferred)
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motion control, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with boilers, compressors, chillers, and cooling systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with CMMS and computer applications
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo systems
