Job Summary

Lead the efficient execution of aircraft work scope by effectively teaming with the Maintenance AOG Manager and Quality Inspector to assign technicians and ensure tasks meet established airworthiness standards. Ensure personnel are qualified for assigned tasks, verify compliance with manufacturer maintenance manuals, and complete AOG paperwork and forms per RSQCM. Drive daily activities toward on-time, on-budget objectives and customer satisfaction while maintaining 5S housekeeping practices and zero defects. Collaborate with Quality Inspector to achieve aircraft approval for return to service and support the Maintenance Error Analysis Process. Manage shift turnover requirements and tool control protocols as mandated by FAA regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A & P license
  • Proven ability to lead and direct aircraft technicians and mechanics
  • Ability to organize and assign technical work and follow up complex projects
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like manner
