Job Summary
Develop and implement the integral test and commissioning strategy for multiple landstations, ensuring civil, structural, and technical systems meet requirements and are safely commissioned. Coordinate testing across disciplines, systems, and contract partners while leading a team of test leaders and coordinators. Manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and report on progress, quality, risks, and decision points within the test process. Escalate bottlenecks when safety, quality, or delivery are under pressure and guide the transition from realization to system integration and handover. Maintain alignment with TenneT, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als testmanager, commissioning manager, systeemintegratiemanager, technisch manager of testcoördinator
- Ervaring met complexe, multidisciplinaire infrastructurele of industriële projecten
- Kennis van systeemintegratie, verificatie, validatie, commissioning en overdracht
- Het vermogen om teststrategieën en complexe technische afhankelijkheden helder uit te leggen
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met klant- en stakeholdermanagement
- Overtuigingskracht en het vermogen om onder bestuurlijke en tijdsdruk standvastig te handelen
