Testing Technician - SR OTHSAL

Final inspection and testing of high voltage switch gear prototypes, including 60Hz AC, impulse, and chopped-wave tests, with duties spanning setup for temperature rise, mechanical endurance, and extreme temperature testing. Perform mechanical adjustments on circuit breaker components and verify results against specifications; conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, replacing defective wiring and components. Coordinate with engineers and production personnel on procedures and results, and maintain/test electrical and mechanical test equipment and facilities. Requires interpreting mechanical drawings and wiring schematics, strong data recording and analysis, and proficiency with Windows-based tools.
