Job Summary
Lead and supervise a shift team in Florence, SC, ensuring proper use of machinery and testing procedures while coordinating with the unit supervisor to meet production and test schedules. Monitor test execution, provide feedback to management on issues, and help with staff movements and technician training. Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings; coordinate between test technicians, engineers, and other departments; ensure quality and timely resolution of technical or logistic challenges. Onsite role within Electrification Services (ELSE) in Florence, SC, requiring US work authorization and proficient English communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 5 or more years of related experience
- Capable of reading and interpreting engineering configuration and wiring drawings
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US (ABB in the US)
