Job Summary
Conduct ergonomic design evaluation and testing for human-machine interfaces to ensure compliance with industry standards. Perform CAS/CAD checks in Digital environments, execute validation tests for ergonomic features, and use tools to assess user comfort, posture, and fatigue. Document test findings, lessons learned, and detailed data analysis for engineering teams. Develop internal standards to improve evaluation methods and processes. Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics or related fields required with proficiency in CATIA V5, RAMSIS, and CAVA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in software like CATIA V5, RAMSIS, CAVA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English & Vietnamese Proficiency – Both Writing and Speaking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
