Job Summary
Coordinate campus testing for IDEA Southeast Academy to ensure 100% of students take all eligible tests with approved accommodations, in a compliant, data-driven environment. Develop and communicate campus testing plans, coordinate IT readiness for online testing, manage testing materials and schedules, audit accommodations with SPED/ELL/504 teams, train and support testing staff, and ensure timely data reporting and adherence to district/state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; 48+ college credit hours preferred
- Experience in educational settings or testing environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to lead others and meet timelines
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
