Job Summary
Create and communicate campus testing plans for district, state, and national assessments while coordinating with IT technicians to ensure all online testing systems and equipment are updated and ready. Prepare 100% of testing bins 72 hours in advance, audit accommodation and supplemental materials for special populations, and review bin contents with proctors two days prior to testing. Schedule biweekly meetings with special point persons and proctors to verify system entries and implement approved accommodations, then oversee all testing sessions to ensure compliance with policies. Lead campus training on assessment procedures, investigate irregularities, and report incidents to the national Assessment Team while tracking completion rates and data reporting deliverables.

- Educational testing experience
