Job Summary
Testing Coordinators ensure 100% of students at the campus take all appropriate district, state, and national tests in a properly configured environment and with approved accommodations. They own the campus testing plan, coordinate with campus IT to ensure online testing readiness, communicate testing schedules to students' families, audit accommodations for SPED/ELL/504/RTI populations, manage testing materials and bins, and lead training for staff. They collaborate with the National Assessment Team and TEA to meet timelines, monitor testing systems, and drive timely data reporting and test-related deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred
- Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge and Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects; Ability to communicate clearly; Problem solving; Leadership through influence; Open to feedback
