Job Summary
Proctor and support exam administration in the Testing Center, scheduling exams via AIM, and enforcing exam procedures to ensure a secure and compliant testing environment. Communicate standardized instructions in English, verify candidate identification, and handle examination materials with accuracy. Maintain documentation and reporting, track testing metrics, and collaborate with faculty and campus partners to uphold testing integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while delivering professional customer service. Requires strong English communication, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convey authority in a courteous manner; typical schedule includes evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required
- Understanding of FERPA and ADA regulations
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
- Knowledge of basic recordkeeping procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to enforce examination rules and procedures
- Ability to learn and use software like AIM
- Attention to detail
