Testing Center/Navigate Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the Testing Center, including scheduling, proctoring exams for students with academic accommodations like CLEP and DSST, and managing alternative format textbook requests. Train, hire, and oversee proctors on the Mequon campus while administering the campus EAB Navigate platform, overseeing day-to-day management, user access, and system configurations. Maintain accurate documentation of Navigate processes and provide training to faculty, staff, and advisors to ensure consistent use of the system. Manage assistive technology for the department and coordinate testing space usage for other departments. Work closely with students and faculty to uphold academic integrity during online testing formats. Available for occasional evening Zoom meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in higher education
- Positive and helpful disposition with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in-person, and over the phone)
- Knowledge and skill in the use of computers and software in the academic setting
- Ability to learn about Americans with Disability Act Amendment Act (ADAAA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act as they apply to post-secondary institutions
- Available for occasional ZOOM meetings in the evening
- An understanding of and commitment to CUW mission and ministry
- Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)
- Able to learn about adaptive technology and software programs used by the department
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
- Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred
