Job Summary
Testing Assistant within University of Central Florida's Student Accessibility Services supports an accommodated test proctoring system that handles around 10,000 exams per academic year. Responsibilities include multitasking across test requests in the SAS database, coordinating final exams, managing test times and requirements, communicating with students, faculty, and staff about exam details, and supporting SAS front desk activities (phones and visitor greeting). The role involves detailed schedule coordination, collaboration with a team of 5–6 staff, and adherence to an 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule with occasional 12:00 pm–9:00 pm shifts 1–2 times per week. Minimum qualifications require a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 0+ years of experience; preferred qualifications include data-management experience and strong written/verbal communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not available. The position is regular, full-time with a starting salary around $15.66 per hour ($32,573 annualized).
