Testing and Evaluation Analyst

Job Summary
Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks while applying AI-enabled techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection. Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets, then analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes and support continuous improvement of AI-driven capabilities in a follow-the-sun model. Contribute to evolving testing into a data-driven, intelligent capability that improves quality, speed, and scalability across global Digital Document Services operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches
- Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML testing tools
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
