Job Summary
QA Tester supports the Quality Assurance team by ensuring products meet company and industry standards through inspections, audits, and testing. This role involves performing line audits, calibrations, CTR reviews, investigating quality incidents, and making product acceptance decisions. The QA Tester will also coach operators on quality practices, manage product release, inspect incoming materials, and perform both destructive and non-destructive lab testing, including cable testing on one of the six tester positions when required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks (standing for long periods, lifting, bending, cutting, pushing, and pulling)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in quality assurance, testing, or manufacturing is an asset
