Job Summary
Design and develop performance, load, stress, and endurance test plans based on business requirements. Configure and execute tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Testim, or Gatling. Monitor system behavior under load to identify bottlenecks in application, database, and infrastructure layers. Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide recommendations for performance improvements. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues. Automate performance test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with SLAs and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Performance Testing with JMeter
- Java (basic)
- Selenium (basic)
- Design and develop performance, load, stress, and endurance test plans based on business requirements
- Configure and execute tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Testim, Gatling, or similar
- Monitor system behavior under load and identify bottlenecks in application, database, and infrastructure layers
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide recommendations for performance improvements
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
- Automate performance test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and performance benchmarks
- Strong experience with performance/Regression testing tools (e.g., JMeter,Testim, LoadRunner)
- Experience mandatory in scripting languages (Java, Selenium) for test automation
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace,Site 24x7)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
