Job Summary
Conduct daily testing on motherboards, memory, CPUs, LCDs, HDDs, and products under test while inspecting items thoroughly and reporting findings. Perform data input to store information, organize and maintain tooling in good condition following 5S standards, and check records for ESD audits. Execute multi-tasking duties including inspection, soldering, and testing as assignments shift based on project needs, ensuring punctuality and meeting KPIs defined for business and operational requirements. Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise, temperature fluctuations, and physical demands involving lifting 25 pounds and extensive walking.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to inspect product thoroughly
- Perform testing on intended products
- Reporting product issue and findings
- Do data input when required to store the information
- Follow instructions and operational procedures
- Must be multi-tasking and adaptable to work on different models and commodities concurrently
- Organize test tooling and mockup
- Keep and maintain tooling in good condition
- Follow 5S standard
- Turn in KPI report on time (end of the working day)
- Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily
- Must be detail oriented
- Have attitude to achieve and deliver
- Needs customer service focus and must be a team player
- Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently
- Knowledge using MS Excel to read instructions and track data
- Shows determination to achieve excellent results
- Must have good attendance and be available to work OT as required
- Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment
- Requires the physical ability to lift 25 pounds
- Able to stand during the work hours
- Able to push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 25lbs container/boxes
Desired Qualifications
- A+ certification is a plus
- Prefer college graduate from computer related field
