Job Summary
Configure and validate engine and control system hardware/software for ground and flight test operations; perform engine system performance evaluation and prognostic health analysis; troubleshoot control system issues to drive timely resolution; support the full test execution lifecycle including test planning, pre-/post-test briefings, data monitoring in the mission control room, and coordination with test cell and flight line teams; configure and execute test checkout of hardware/software on electronic verification benches; gain hands-on exposure to propulsion control and diagnostic systems, with opportunities for training, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 5 years of engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with an advanced degree
- U.S. citizenship or immigration status enabling security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
