Job Summary
Test & Validation Engineer II needed to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Engineering, and Program Offices) to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues; develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test procedures aligned with product specifications; define and improve test hardware/software with Test Development Engineering; support production testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage test equipment in manufacturing; evaluate non-conforming material and lead RCCA activities; drive cycle-time improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, automation initiatives, and cost reduction using data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
- minimum 2 years of prior relevant Test Engineering experience
- ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (citizenship required)

- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- ability to obtain DoD security clearance (Secret)
