Job Summary
The RF Feeds Test Technician will perform testing, calibration, and verification of RF feed components to ensure products meet performance specifications and quality standards. This role involves setting up and operating RF test equipment, conducting various testing stages of RF feeds and components, interpreting and documenting test results, and troubleshooting RF issues in collaboration with engineering. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-3 years of relevant experience with RF testing and equipment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in RF testing, electronics testing, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as VNAs, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
- Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and work instructions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency entering data and completing electronic documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with antenna feeds, waveguides, coaxial assemblies, or microwave components
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certificate or associate degree in Electronics, RF Technology, or similar
- Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
