Job Summary
Perform tests on customer-supplied products per specified methods and set up tests according to customer specifications. Collect, document, and maintain test results in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements while verifying equipment calibration before testing. Monitor test status, document activities in logbooks, and enter data into TADs accurately. Troubleshoot and repair fixture problems, operate measurement instrumentation, and maintain lab equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly manner. Identify and report unusual conditions, broken equipment, or procedure violations immediately. Work in compliance with the CTL Quality Manual, participate in safety training, and propose continuous improvement ideas. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all company rules and the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum completion of a college diploma in engineering technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient use of personal computer
- Good mechanical ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of PLC based control systems
- Working knowledge of pneumatics
- Working knowledge of basic measurement instrumentation
- Familiarity with and capability of using hand tools
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
