Test Technician III - 2nd Shift (Onsite)

Job Summary
Follow blueprints and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met while performing functional testing per part-specific procedures. Monitor tests through completion, record data, and service equipment as required, documenting acceptance or failure results. Demonstrate proper use of hand/machine tools and electronic test equipment, including loading and unloading electronic equipment in test beds. Comply with quality systems, safety programs, and hazardous waste disposal protocols while meeting internal and external customer deadlines. Proficiently use computer tools such as SAP to follow work instructions and interface with functional groups to resolve business issues. Participate in audits, waste minimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Train others for technical tasks as needed and request tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
- minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read schematics
- Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer
- Basic component level troubleshooting experience
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA's regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40
Desired Qualifications
- AS in Electronics Technology education/degree
- RF, Digital, Analog Circuit experience
