Test Technician

Prepare material specimens for testing and perform tests according to customer specifications. Operate under supervision of senior technicians or department managers while gathering and recording test data. Construct and maintain various test fixtures and laboratory equipment to ensure proper working order. Schedule internal calibration of equipment and interact periodically with customers. Maintain compliance with established safety rules, codes of conduct, and company policies. Requires minimum two years' experience in a testing field, working knowledge of laboratory safety, and ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
