The Test Technician (3rd Shift) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. The role includes developing and executing manufacturing solutions, mentoring team members, leading technical projects, and ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices. Candidates should possess an associate's degree in a related field and have at least three years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a discipline related to Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or Science
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
