Job Summary
Test Group Leader responsible for supervising and coordinating the Test Department to meet production schedules. Duties include reviewing work orders, assigning tasks, requisitioning tools and equipment, training and evaluating department members, ensuring safe operation of tools and machines, maintaining documentation (travelers, process and inspection sheets, time slips), performing test preparation and data collection, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (CIT) while adhering to safety standards and ISO 27001 information-security policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with supervising and coordinating activities in the assembly department to ensure production schedules are met
- Certified to handle refrigerants per EPA 40 CFR 82 Subpart F prior to use
- 2 years of related experience
- Ability to read drawings and interpret measuring scale or tape
