Test Tank Operator

Job Summary
The Test Tank Operator tests AKG coolers for Caterpillar to ensure quality and leak-free performance. Responsibilities include retrieving coolers from the conveyor, hoist-assisted positioning on the test tank, installing test plugs, connecting hoses, pressurizing and lowering into the tank, inspecting for leaks, dry component maintenance, documenting test results, stamping approved units, and directing any nonconformities to the repair line. You will ensure safe, clean, and efficient workflow, meet daily production goals, and communicate issues to Production and Quality teams. Must follow AKG safety policies and EMS guidelines. Qualifications include the ability to safely operate basic tools and lifting equipment, attention to detail, and clear communication; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is expected. - Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and chain hoist
- Ability to safely perform assigned tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Reliable attendance and availability to work the scheduled shift
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and lifting equipment
