Job Summary
Define and maintain end-to-end test specifications for automotive steering systems and ECUs, ensuring full traceability between requirements, test design, and validation results. Independently create high-quality test cases for HiL, SiL, and vehicle environments while performing coverage analysis and reviewing existing documentation. Align with stakeholders across Germany, OEMs, and suppliers to support test strategy refinement and optimize specifications within complex systems. Requires strong documentation discipline and experience working with European OEMs.

- Ensure end-to-end traceability
- Review and optimize existing test specifications
- Perform coverage analysis
- Support test strategy definition and refinement
- Align with stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in at least one domain: ECU testing, steering/braking systems, vehicle control systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- English: Professional working proficiency
- MS Office & Project
- JIRA and Confluence

- Test Design methodologies (boundary value, equivalence classes, state-based testing)
- IBM DOORS / Polarion / Codebeamer
- Excel-based test management / OEM templates

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with European OEMs (VW preferred)
- German: Considered a strong asset / plus
- ISO 26262 / functional safety basics
- ASIL understanding
