Job Summary
Lead multiple projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment, driving long-range planning for capital TE and overseeing proposal efforts supporting the Engineering/Operations Long Range Plan. Manage capital execution rigor by leading TE EAC processes for scope execution and metric generation, while collaborating with multi-discipline teams to operate, test, and troubleshoot systems. Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics and ensuring alignment with Raytheon values. Work with Program Managers and Cross Product Team Leads to achieve program objectives, utilizing Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedules to track progress.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in leading mid- to large-sized teams technical projects
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects
- Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning
- Active or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Program Configuration Management principles and tools such as IMS, PMX tools, or tracking books
- Knowledge of business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting technical issue resolution, and mentoring early career staff members, or managing project teams of various sizes
