Test Section Manager

JOB SUMMARY Provide optimum test solutions and strategies through the effective management of people, systems, procedures and equipment. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within Test Engineering by harnessing new technologies in the areas of systems, equipment, and processes. Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders. DUTIES include leading recruitment and development of Test Engineering staff, coaching managers, establishing measurable goals, managing performance, and coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver test strategies, cost control, and effective test equipment/software development. KEY SKILLS include leadership, recruitment, curriculum development, performance management, strategic planning, cost reduction, data analysis, and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) plus 7+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
