Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for consumer experiences, test rides, and dealer activations by organizing and shipping products to retail partners, team riders, and HQ. Perform demo fleet maintenance, including waxing, tuning, and transportation, while supporting mid-season and year-end inventory management of product fleets and event collateral. Execute on-snow events and provide hands-on activation support across Sweden and Norway, representing the brands professionally with a proactive attitude. Requires fluency in Swedish, English, or Norwegian, a valid driver's license, and active snowboarding ability. Seasonal role from November 2026 through April 2027 with hourly compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in consumer experience, ideally product focused for a recognized brand in the outdoor industry
- Strong knowledge of the snowboard industry, as well as technical product expertise
- Active snowboarder, riding ability is required for demo and clinic execution
- Proactive work attitude and hands-on mentality with the ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Creative, open-minded, and agile team player
- Fluency in Swedish as well as English or Norwegian is required
- A valid driver's license as the role requires regular travel across Sweden and Norway
