Test & Release Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, framework, and governance model for Faerch's global ERP transformation across manufacturing sites in Europe. Define entry and exit criteria, quality gates, and acceptance criteria for SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases while planning and coordinating testing activities throughout the rollout lifecycle. Design test scenarios, manage execution processes, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders to ensure consistent traceability and timely defect resolution. Support release planning and management in collaboration with the ERP Solution Architect and external partners to drive successful go-live execution. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and governance structures within the ERP Program Organization.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience with test management in large ERP implementation or ERP rollout programs
- Have experience defining test strategies, governance models, quality gates, and release frameworks
- Have a strong understanding of structured testing methodologies and test lifecycle management
- Have experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating closely with business stakeholders
- Have knowledge of test automation tools and modern testing practices
- Have strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Are able to create structure, drive execution, and ensure quality in complex transformation programs
- Communicate fluently in English
