Test Rack Coordinator (Crew 3 Wed/Sat 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Coordinate daily end-of-line testing activities and track units moving from production into the testing area. Ensure efficient flow through test racks, coordinate with production leads on non-conforming units, maintain accurate daily records of units in the testing area, and assign units to appropriate test racks based on priority and testing requirements. Provide regular updates to management on testing progress, delays, and overall status. Ensure testing supplies (e.g., stickers, electrical terminals) are stocked at each testing station and assist with coordinating parts ordering as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and production-management software.
