Job Summary
Plan and execute all test activities, including functional and non-functional testing, while maintaining high-level oversight and reporting. Establish and maintain Quality Management processes, ensuring adherence to standards and managing all related documentation. Participate in requirement analysis to devise effective test strategies, validate test reports and evidence, and define end-user testing approaches. Organize stakeholder support for quality assurance matters. This role requires a university degree in IT with at least 12 years of experience managing large-scale testing projects, proficiency in test management tools, and expertise in agile methodologies. Required Qualifications
- University degree in IT
- Relevant professional experience of at least 12 years or more in managing large-scale testing projects
- Relevant experience in using Test Management tools
- Excellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle
- Excellent knowledge of the landscape of test automation and management tools
- Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
- Good project and contract management knowledge
- Ability to chair meetings, give presentations, and apply high-quality standards
- Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
- Capacity in writing documents
- Excellent command of the English language
