Job Summary
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, and execute mission systems testing on test bed aircraft. Manage the test program baseline, tracking schedule and cost while coordinating programmatic hand-offs and dependencies. Partner with engineering teams to design aircraft modification plans for full lifecycle system integration and test activities. Manage capital investment efforts, including the purchase and modification of test aircraft and assets, alongside the development of strategic capabilities. Pursue new business opportunities by maintaining resource schedules and providing cost estimates to internal teams and customers. Report test program status to management while operating with a proactive mindset in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3+ years' experience in technical project management
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Active Secret US DoD Clearance
- US export control compliance requirements
- US Person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Drug Free Workplace compliance (subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol)
Desired Qualifications
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with external suppliers and customers
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, risk management tools, etc.)
- Familiarity with aircraft and aircraft systems
- Experience in mission systems integration and test
