Job Summary
Maintain testing security by safeguarding materials and monitoring sessions to enforce rules and protect integrity. Assist students with check-in procedures, verify identification, and troubleshoot basic technical issues while ensuring a quiet, distraction-free environment. Remain alert throughout each session to uphold compliance and provide a supportive atmosphere for test takers. This role requires flexible shifts between Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. ATS Institute of Technology offers a mission-driven setting for students preparing for nursing careers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for various shifts between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Ability to work flexible shifts and sit for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service
- Prior proctoring/invigilation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
