TEST POSITION - DO NOT APPLY - Secondary Markets-Outlet-Recycling Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor, Secondary Markets-Outlet-Recycling at Goodwill of Colorado. Assist the Secondary Markets ASM in leading employees, oversee customer service and the appearance of the sales floor and warehouse, and act as Manager-on-Duty to support organizational mission. Responsible for daily safety/huddles, communicating operational changes, onboarding and training, interviewing, incident reporting, and KPI reporting. Coordinate opening/closing of work area operations, equipment operation and maintenance, and inventory placement between recycling and outlet. Train staff on SOPs and OJT requirements; ensure timely unloading/loading of trailers and adherence to safety and production metrics. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, operate pallet jack/forklift equipment, and work extended hours including weekends/evenings as necessary.
