The Associate, Outlet will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries; operate a point-of-sale system, balance cash drawer, and maintain a well-stocked, organized sales area. Crosstrain in other departments; adhere to outlet rules; ensure safe environment for customers and employees; perform duties to maximize production and efficiency; support ticketing and transactions with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math; maintain cleanliness and compliance with policies; flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays; physical requirements include lifting, standing, and moving merchandise.
