Job Summary
Generalist, Operations Straight Truck Driver responsible for operating heavy equipment (forklift, baler, compactor), loading/unloading, stocking and retrieving donated products, preparing items for shipment, and coordinating with vendors. Includes training forklift certifications for teammates, organizing inventory, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations, and providing customer service when interacting with customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification
- Ability to operate hydraulic baler and forklift
- CDL or ability to drive Straight Truck (Box Truck) as needed
- MVR check and background check
- Valid Colorado driver license
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift for extended periods
- Customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment safely
