Job Summary
Activity Director (Activity Aide) responsible for hands-on leadership of resident activities, including leading or overseeing staff, creating monthly activity calendars, coordinating entertainers/vendors, and planning holidays and special events. Will conduct resident interviews to assess interests, manage communications for all community events (bulletin boards, invites, etc.), and supervise activities during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities also include assisting with marketing events, meal service as needed, and supporting the activities team as assigned. Salary $40,000-$45,000 annually; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, and a 401k after one year.
