Test Operator

Operate assembly equipment to complete specified tasks; prepare components for manual assembly; operate PCB cleaning and baking equipment; use torque tools for assembly of fasteners; perform manual assembly of PCBs and some mechanical hardware to formal procedures and SOPs; handle printed circuit cards and electronic components; apply adhesives and conformal coatings; prototype assembly under engineering control; set up equipment and perform process-related measurements; perform operator machine maintenance; inspect and rework PCBs and components per established criteria; utilize safety equipment; complete production-related documentation; use ERP to transact work orders; adhere to anti-static, safety, and housekeeping requirements; specific equipment training will be provided; preferred qualifications include knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard and their application; ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant assembly experience, detail-oriented problem solving, good time management, and strong interpersonal skills.
