Test Operator – Electronics Manufacturing

Perform functional testing on electronic products and components using testing equipment and established procedures. Verify products meet quality standards and customer specifications by identifying, documenting, and reporting product defects, errors, or test failures. Follow written work instructions, testing procedures, and safety guidelines while accurately recording test results and production data. Handle electronic components carefully to prevent damage and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate quality concerns and testing issues to supervisors or team leads. Meet established quality and production expectations and perform other production and testing duties as assigned. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, electronics, testing, or quality experience who are comfortable working with computers and following detailed instructions. Training may be available for qualified candidates.
