Job Summary
Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance. Coordinate with technical, business, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project outcomes while handling dependencies, issues, change requests, releases, and project reporting. Maintain strong communication and leadership across Agile and Waterfall environments, leveraging deep knowledge of Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and batch processing to drive effective stakeholder management and project success.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end project management, managing projects from initiation through delivery and closure
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance
- Good understanding of Mainframe technologies and environments, including COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and batch processing
- Experience managing dependencies, issues, change requests, releases, and project reporting
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments
