Job Summary
Senior Test Manager SAP responsible for piloting the full SAP test cycle in a complex, international setting. Defines and implements the global test strategy, ensures functional/technical test coverage for SAP projects, sets KPIs and tracks quality, participates in Go/No-Go decisions, and leads a team including a functional tester, automation engineer, and performance test expert. Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates testing activities, drives UAT sessions with business/end users, and oversees release management and production delivery quality. Requires 8+ years of software testing experience, SAP environments, and skills in Azure DevOps, Tosca, NeoLoad; automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Java); API/web services testing; performance testing appreciated; strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities; native-level French and English. Location: Geneva, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of software testing experience
- Expertise in SAP environments
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Tosca, NeoLoad
- Experience in test automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Java)
- Experience in backend/API and web services testing
- Experience with performance testing
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Fluent French and English
