Test Manager

Manage test activities across all phases including ITC, RT, and UAT to ensure test readiness, execution quality, and result transparency. Steer cross-functional test efforts involving IT, business, and global participants while implementing and enforcing the defined test strategy and management approach. Own test planning, scheduling, and execution using standardized tools, while monitoring progress, coverage, and quality through reporting to key stakeholders. Drive the defect management process by tracking, prioritizing, and following up on resolutions to ensure stable releases. Facilitate regular status and defect meetings to maintain alignment. This role supports international development projects within a family-run automotive company serving over 70,000 enthusiasts across 20 countries.
