Job Summary
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and approaches for multiple projects or Agile tribes. Organize test design workshops to ensure functional and testing documentation is complete and consistent. Coordinate stakeholders throughout test preparation and design phases while managing risks, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities, monitoring progress, defects, and quality indicators. Produce test reports, project closure documentation, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in testing processes. Lead test committees to provide Go/No-Go recommendations and ensure compliance with standards.
