Test Manager

Manage a portfolio of test projects for the "Savings" and "Protection" areas, including strategy design, execution, and closure across applications like ORION, HERA, and GLIS. Forecast budgets, monitor costs and timelines, and organize workshops to draft overall test strategies while ensuring deliverable quality. Lead team organization, validate resource objectives, and make Go/No Go decisions on test initiation. Report progress, risks, and defects to project managers and stakeholders through structured test reports and project committees.
