Test Line Technician

Job Summary
Install, align, test, and troubleshoot pump systems and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components; perform pump and motor alignments with hand tools, dial indicators, or laser systems; set up test rigs with hoses, gauges, instrumentation, and verify connections; conduct leak checks, inspections, and pump testing (pressure, flow, temperature, vibration); handle advanced tests (flow curves, NPSH validation, vibration trending, performance verification); troubleshoot across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation domains; assist with or perform VFD setup and instrumentation wiring; read P&IDs and drawings; document test data and corrective actions; lead high-complexity test setups; provide recommendations for process improvements; train and mentor Operators and lower-level Technicians; support failure analysis with Engineering and Quality; follow LOTO and safety protocols; perform additional duties as needed to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. High school diploma or GED required
- College and/or technical education preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Daily overtime and in-person attendance in Ponca City, OK
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
- Pre-employment testing including background check, drug screening, aptitude/competency assessments
