Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, and Payroll Parallel Runs. Define test strategy, scope, timelines, and resource planning while overseeing execution, defect tracking, and evidence management using Jira and Zephyr. Validate integrated business processes, system interfaces, and payroll workflows, ensuring exit criteria are met and deliverables are documented. Prepare status reports, defect metrics, and readiness dashboards for stakeholders, supporting governance forums with insights for cutover and go-live decisions. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and SMEs to validate scenarios and obtain sign-offs, aligning outcomes with project governance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in testing
- strong exposure to Test Management/Test Lead roles
- Proven expertise in SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, and Payroll Parallel Run
- Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll
- Understanding of integrated systems and business processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
