Job Summary
As a Test Lead, you will manage the QA team, oversee testing phases for multiple projects, ensure quality assurance, and define best practices. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining test plans, participating in quality strategy formulation, industrializing testing processes, executing tests to identify anomalies, and managing defects. You will communicate reports on activities and testing outcomes. Qualifications include a Master's degree (Bac+5), at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with test management tools. Familiarity with automation and a strong attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university
- Ability to manage a team
- Good verbal and written communication in French
Desired Qualifications
- ISTQB certification (Foundation, Advanced, Test Manager, Agile Testing)
- Knowledge of test management tools and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, XRAY
- Experience in automation and script development
